1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the zbajee platform, including all games, betting markets, payment services, promotions, and customer support channels operated under the zbajee brand at zbajee.im. The Terms form a legally binding agreement between you, the player ("you", "your", "the Member"), and zbajee ("we", "us", "our", "the Operator").

By creating a zbajee account, logging in, depositing funds, or placing a bet or wager of any kind on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the zbajee platform immediately and close your account.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To open and maintain a zbajee account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your membership.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own capacity. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when registering, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details.
• You must not already hold an existing zbajee account. Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts will be suspended pending review.
• Your use of the zbajee platform must not violate any law or regulation applicable in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether gambling is legal in your location.
• You must not be acting on behalf of or funding the account of another individual, whether registered or unregistered on the platform.

zbajee reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close an account at any time if the Operator reasonably suspects that the eligibility criteria have not been met or have ceased to be met.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

zbajee processes deposits and withdrawals exclusively through the supported payment methods listed on the platform at any given time. Currently accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, and Rocket mobile wallets, as well as select bank transfer options through Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other Bangladeshi financial institutions where available.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the cashier section of your account at the time of request.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may be returned, less any applicable processing fees, at zbajee's discretion.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed with the support team following identity verification.
• zbajee targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes for verified accounts. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, scheduled maintenance, or where additional verification is required.
• zbajee does not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which zbajee bears no responsibility.
• zbajee reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity and source-of-funds verification.
• All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Any currency conversion is the sole responsibility of the player and their payment provider.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

zbajee offers a range of bonuses, free bets, cashback deals, and seasonal promotions to eligible members. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's individual terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence for that promotion only.

• Bonus funds are credited to your account balance separately from real-money funds. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from them can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonuses are stated clearly in each promotion's terms and conditions.
• zbajee reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, provided that active bonus balances already credited to members are honoured under the terms applicable at the time of crediting.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting low-risk betting patterns across bonus wagering, or colluding with other players — will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to account closure.
• Seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and Independence Day are time-limited and subject to the specific eligibility criteria stated in each offer.

5. Game Rules & Sports Betting

All games and betting markets available on zbajee are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface or betting market page. By placing a bet or participating in any game, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules for that game or market.

• Sports betting results are determined by the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BPL governing council for Bangladesh Premier League matches). In the event of a dispute, zbajee's decision — informed by the official ruling body — is final.
• zbajee reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has concluded or where the outcome was knowable at the time of placement.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. zbajee is not liable for delays between live events and the display of in-play markets, and bets accepted in error during such delays may be voided.
• Casino game outcomes for RNG-based games are determined by certified Random Number Generator systems. Live casino game outcomes are determined in real time by the dealer within the rules of the game as operated by the relevant studio provider.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game or market are displayed at the time of bet placement. zbajee reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence to place or manage bets is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

6. Account Suspension, Closure & Termination

zbajee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe following a request.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Registration by a person under 21 years of age or registration using false information.
• A player's self-requested closure or self-exclusion.
• Prolonged account inactivity, subject to the dormant account policy outlined below.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after deducting any applicable processing fees. Bonus balances are non-withdrawable upon account closure.

Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. zbajee will notify the account holder by email prior to applying any dormancy fee. A dormancy administration fee may be deducted from the account balance on a monthly basis following the dormancy threshold, up to the point the balance reaches zero. Reactivation of a dormant account is possible by contacting support at [email protected].

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the zbajee platform — including but not limited to the zbajee brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, text, software, promotional materials, and data — is the intellectual property of zbajee or its licensed third-party content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any intellectual property owned by or licensed to zbajee.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, licence, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or in any way exploit any content on the zbajee platform without the prior written consent of zbajee.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zbajee's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• zbajee is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunity.
• zbajee is not responsible for internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party service outages that affect your ability to access or use the platform.
• zbajee makes no warranty that the platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.
• Gambling involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose the funds you wager, and zbajee is not liable for gambling losses incurred through lawful use of the platform.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data by zbajee is governed by the zbajee Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy. We strongly encourage you to read the Privacy Policy in full to understand how your data is handled.

zbajee implements industry-standard SSL/TLS 1.3 encryption across all platform communications. Your personal data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only where required to process payments, verify identity, comply with fraud prevention obligations, or fulfil legal requirements.

10. Amendments to These Terms

zbajee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, zbajee will provide reasonable notice to existing members via email or an in-platform notification prior to the change taking effect. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when the current version was last updated.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the zbajee platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation via the zbajee support channel at [email protected].

zbajee's decisions on all matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, account status, and Terms interpretation are final, subject to any escalation process described in the zbajee FAQ or communicated by the support team.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and zbajee with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals.
